Your apartment consists of the entire ground floor of the Villa and is totally independent. You have your own entrance, your own garden (400m²), a private pool for your own exclusive use (not shared) and of course your own teak outdoor furniture and large charcoal Barbecue. Entirely redecorated with a desire for a 'Home away from Home' filled with French character yet with an airy modern touch. There are comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 people plus baby. You will be the only guests in the villa. FREEVIEW (BBC1,2 ITV,Channel4 etc) French TNT channels, NETFLIX . Internet via WIFI. Parking in the Villa grounds for two cars with roofbox (no trucks or minibus sorry! ) or up to 5 motorbikes. There are no steps or stairs in or around the Villa and the garden is fully fenced. Travel Cot and High-chair also available at no charge. Above ground 5m octagonal Pool open 1st May till 25th September.
PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY: Suitable for small children and the elderly as no steps or stairs, however NOT suitable for wheelchair users.
Smoking is permitted outdoors.

(Visite virtuelle : https://youtu.be/J5jENrIz6uk) POUR 6 ADULTES (06330 France) À 500 m du centre du village où vous trouverez un supermarché, des boulangeries, des boucheries, des banques et des distributeurs automatiques de billets, une pharmacie et plusieurs restaurants avec terrasses en plein air, ainsi que notre bistrot local « le Cappucino ». Votre appartement occupe tout le rez-de-chaussée de la villa et est totalement indépendant. Vous disposez de votre propre entrée, de votre propre jardin (400 m²), d'une piscine privée à votre usage exclusif (de 1 mai au 25 septembre) et bien sûr de votre propre mobilier d'extérieur en teck et d'un grand barbecue au charbon de bois. Décoré avec des meubles français magnifiquement restaurés dans un style shabby chic français. Wi-Fi fibre, grande Smart TV avec Netflix.
Parking voiture et 4x4 avec coffre de toit UNIQUEMENT - Désolé, pas de place pour les gros camions ou les minibus !
TROIS CHAMBRES (lit double 160 cm, lit double 150 cm, 2 lits simples). Le changeover se fait généralement le samedi en haute saison (juin - septembre - merci de me contacter !). En dehors de cette période, nous pouvons être plus flexibles :-)
UNE SALLE DE BAIN ET DES TOILETTES SÉPARÉES
Les arrivées se font après 16h et les départs à 10h (pour permettre le nettoyage et la préparation de la villa - merci beaucoup !)
PERSONNES A MOBILITE REDUITE : Convient aux jeunes enfants et aux personnes âgées car sans marches ni escaliers, mais NON adapté aux personnes en fauteuil roulant.
