Your apartment consists of the entire ground floor of the Villa and is totally independent. You have your own entrance, your own garden (400m²), a private pool for your own exclusive use (not shared) and of course your own teak outdoor furniture and large charcoal Barbecue. Entirely redecorated with a desire for a 'Home away from Home' filled with French character yet with an airy modern touch. There are comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 people plus baby. You will be the only guests in the villa. FREEVIEW  (BBC1,2 ITV,Channel4 etc) French TNT channels, German Channels on request (RTL,Pro7, N-tv, Kidsco etc). Internet via WIFI. Parking in the Villa grounds for two cars (no vans or minibus) or up to six motorbikes. There are no steps or stairs in or around the Villa and the garden is fully fenced. Travel Cot and High-chair also available at no charge. Above ground 5m octagonal Pool open 1st May till 25th September.
Smoking is permitted outdoors.
